UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS— This Monday, Cueva Bar chef/owner Osvaldo Blackaller is hosting Adam Levoe, executive chef of Los Angeles' Golden Road Brewing, for a special edition of Meatless Monday that will include vegan contributions from both chefs, including vegan deviled eggs, made with new potatoes and cashew filling, "crab cakes" made from crisped hearts of palm, grilled avocado with chipotle-sundred tomato compote and plantain cake with mole and cilantro emulsion.
