Pig Roast at SummerSalt & New Food and Beer Festival In Town

GASLAMP— Saltbox Chef de Cuisine Jeremiah Bryant will bring the best parts of a pig poolside on May 17. SummerSalt will host the roast on Hotel Palomar's fourth floor pool deck. Guests can expect an all-you-can-eat whole roasted pig, hearty sides, a complimentary Henebery Whiskey welcome cocktail and live entertainment by Neighbors to the North.
