CORONADO— 1500 OCEAN executive chef Meredith Manee just launched a fresh spring/summer menu along with a new seasonal garden to feed the Hotel del Coronado's signature fine dining restaurant. Manee's dishes range from chicory and arugula salad to Thai curry banana soup with sesame shrimp toast, California black cod with a crab and lobster-stuffed artichoke and an all-vegetable Wellington filled with zucchini, mushrooms, braised kale and beluga lentils; a four-course tasting menu, including dessert, is $85.
