DOWNTOWNAn Alice in Wonderland-themed brunch, complete with DJ, is scheduled for Sunday, April 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Parq Restaurant & Nightclub; the brunches will reoccur once or twice each month with different themes. Executive chef Errol Le Blanc has launched a new spring dinner menu that includes housemate burrata, yellowtail collars with calamansi-soy glaze, wild mushroom ragout with polenta and baby back ribs with smoked white balsamic barbecue sauce. MORENA AREA— Savor San Diego host, cookbook author and Saffron Restaurant owner Su-Mei Yu will be in the house at Catalina Offshore Products this Sunday, April 26 at 5 p.m. for another edition of Collaboration Kitchen. Yu will cook up a menu that ranges from Thai ceviche to spicy fish curry, with Ballast Point beers paired with each dish. [EaterWire]

FOOD TVBrian Malarkey will be back on the airwaves on Tuesday, April 28. The chef is one of the competitors in the debut episode of the fourth season of the Food Network's Chopped All-Stars, a five-part series in which the ultimate champion wins $75,000 for his or her charity.
