Parq's Launches Spring Menu & a Su-Mei Yu Cooking Demo

DOWNTOWN— An Alice in Wonderland-themed brunch, complete with DJ, is scheduled for Sunday, April 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Parq Restaurant & Nightclub; the brunches will reoccur once or twice each month with different themes. Executive chef Errol Le Blanc has launched a new spring dinner menu that includes housemate burrata, yellowtail collars with calamansi-soy glaze, wild mushroom ragout with polenta and baby back ribs with smoked white balsamic barbecue sauce. MORENA AREA— Savor San Diego host, cookbook author and Saffron Restaurant owner Su-Mei Yu will be in the house at Catalina Offshore Products this Sunday, April 26 at 5 p.m. for another edition of Collaboration Kitchen.
