Cruz recently rolled out a new menu of sharable plates, ranging from Padron peppers with black garlic, pork belly and chives to a mung bean cake topped with short rib bulgogi, kimchi and toasted rice. There's also a fresh craft cocktail program, centered around a bourbon menu that includes premium bourbon flights. [EaterWire]
