EAST VILLAGE— Tomorrow at Table No. 10, chef-partner Jason Gethin is launching lunch at the restaurant, which first opened last summer. Offered from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, with Saturday being added soon, the menu features now-signature bites, including the Parker House rolls and crispy chicken skin, to salads and soups. Lunch sandwiches range from a lamb dip made with roasted lamb shoulder to house-smoked brisket; entrees include steak frites and suckling pig tacos with jalapeño caviar. [EaterWire]

RANCHO BERNARDO— The Cork and Craft, a chef-driven restaurant that opened last fall and shares space with an urban winery and craft brewery, just introduced a new happy hour that runs Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. There are weekly drink specials, plus $5 bites ranging from salt and pepper chicken wings, garlic noodles, fried Brussels sprouts and tater tot poutine. MIDDLETOWN— The first night of Wine Vault & Bistro's first-ever dinner with Ramey Wine Cellars sold out in a flash, so the restaurant has added second night, Monday April 13, that still has seats available. The evening starts with a pre-dinner reception with winemaker David Ramey at 5:45 p.m., followed by a $59.50 five-course dinner that will include pours of Ramey's Chardonnay, Claret, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, plus a taste of mezcal with dessert.
