EAST VILLAGE— Tomorrow at Table No. 10, chef-partner Jason Gethin is launching lunch at the restaurant, which first opened last summer. Offered from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, with Saturday being added soon, the menu features now-signature bites, including the Parker House rolls and crispy chicken skin, to salads and soups.
