The Original Sab-E-Lee Names New Spinoff Thai Concept

More delicious Thai is on the way.

A kind reader sent us a photo of the newly-posted sign at Sab-E-Lee's original location. Seven years after first opening in Linda Vista, the Thai restaurant moved down the street into a bigger space earlier this month.

Their small Ulric Street spot has been newly-dubbed Thai Papaya Pok Pok; Eater spoke to Sab-E-Lee and confirmed that the new concept will be focused on a concise menu of Thai noodle dishes. The restaurant said that it may open the eatery next month, providing that all continues to go smoothly with their transition.
