LA JOLLA— Bijou French Bistro is launching a new winemaker dinner series with two events; the first is scheduled for Sunday, March 8 with Vallin Wines from Santa Barbara and the second will feature Petaluma's Soliste Cellars on Wednesday, April 8. Both dinners will begin at 6 p.m. with the winemakers in attendance. The multi-course prix fixe dinner will be overseen by Bijou's chef de cuisine, Shaun Gethin, plus culinary director William Bradley and wine director Elizabeth Huettinger.
