New Chinese Spot on Convoy Specializing in Hand-Pulled Noodles

Plus meat on sticks.

Opening very soon on Convoy, in the same complex as China Max, is Green China Grill, which will feature the cuisine of Lanzhou, the capital of the Gansu Province of Western China.

The city is famous for its hand-pulled noodles, called lamian, and diners will be able to see into the restaurant's kitchen and watch the noodles being stretched and twisted into long strands. Different thickness of noodles will be available, and the menu will include noodle soups and stir-fried dishes. Green China Grill will also have a few beer taps, and beer-friendly snacks; Lanzhou is also known for street food, particularly skewered meats, the restaurant will offer chicken wings, squid, beef and more on sticks.
