DEL MAR— Revitalized Del Mar Heights complex Beachside Del Mar has signed up Boto Sushi, which plans to open there in Spring 2016; its owners operate an existing Boto Sushi in Carmel Mountain as well as Sushiya in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center.
