EAST VILLAGE— The latest Holiday Pie Class installment at Bake Sale continues this Wednesday, November 18 between 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. when head baker Jenn Reinhart will guide students through the steps for creating holiday favorites such as pecan, sweet potato and a cream pie. Jenn will also be on hand to demonstrate the basics of single crust, graham cracker crust and the old-fashioned crumble topping. Reservations for BAKE! Inspired by different areas of the property, the 'stache worthy sips are available throughout the month and include: the Redfields Mule with Jim Beam Bourbon, lime juice, fresh strawberries and Goslings Ginger Beer; the Grand Lobby Bar Mule with Skyy Vodka, fresh muddled strawberries, lime juice and a topping of ginger beer; and Top of the Hyatt Mule, hand crafted with Highland Park 12-year Scotch, bitters, lemon juice and ginger beer. $1 from each cocktail will be donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
