RANCHO BERNARDO— The next edition of SoundBite, the music and food pop-up created by Eco Caters' Nick Brune, is scheduled for this Monday, November 2 at The Cork & Craft. Brune will be collaborating with the restaurant's chefs, including Phil Esteban, Tony Guan and Michael McKee plus chef Alex Emory (Hilton Bayfront Hotel), on a five-course dinner inspired by local hip-hop group Parker & the Numberman, who'll be performing live for guests. MISSION HILLS— The Red Door Restaurant and Wine Bar is continuing its Farmers, Friends and Fishermen series with a harvest-themed event on Wednesday, November 4. A reception, starting at 5:30 p.m., will include a signature cocktail, appetizers and charcuterie, plus a meet-and-greet with the night's guests, farmers from Be Wise Ranch, Taj Farms and Cyclops Farm, Catalina Offshore fishmonger Tommy Gomes, and Frank Golbeck from Golden Coast Mead.
