BAY HO— Kitchen 4140 chef/owner Kurt Metzger, owner of Kitchen 4140, has hired on Chad Kilgore as the farm-to-table eatery's new chef de cuisine. A San Diego native and alum of the culinary arts program at the local campus of the Art Institute of California, Kilgore is a founding chef partner of Cheffin' Around: A Community of Chefs, and worked at Ruth's Chris Steak House, The Oceanaire Seafood Room and Fleming’s Steakhouse.
