Fresh off the Press, Here's Juice Saves' New East Village Digs

The juice bar gets a new stylish home.

Juice Saves, which opened last summer in the East Village, just relocated around the corner from their original G Street location into a much bigger space, where their new squeeze is Coffee & Tea Collective.

The juice bar has soft opened, but the popular North Park coffee roaster is still putting the finishing touches on a second coffee bar that will share the 4,000-square-foot space at 631 9th Avenue, which will also be the new company headquarters for Juice Saves' owners, CH Projects (Ironside Fish & Oyster, Soda & Swine).

CH Projects' principal Arsalun Tafazoli collaborated with Basile Studio's Paul Basile on the design for this new neighborhood hub, a place to start the day with juice and coffee or sit and work for a while, where a bigger kitchen allows for Juice Saves to expand their menu of raw cold pressed juice and smoothies into breakfast, from fruit bowls to granola, with lunch offerings on the horizon.
