DEL MAR— This week, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, rolled out new seasonal breakfast dishes at both their San Diego locations. The morning additions on the menu include pancakes with caramelized apples and a caramel apple glaze, topped with whipped mascarpone and spiced pie crumble and a winter version of eggs Benedict that starts with sweet potato polenta cakes, stacks on a local veggie hash of griddled sweet potatos, fennel and kale and blankets it all in cream cheese hollandaise.
