Fresh out of the oven is Pan Bon, the new Italian-focused eatery/marketplace that's serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily to dine-in or to-go customers.
Brothers Luciano and Giancarlo Anselmi, who own a bakery in Verona, Italy by the same name, are behind the Pan Bon concept, which spans over 10,000-square-feet and is the first ground floor space to activate in the Ariel Suites building; its neighbors will be a natural food market and Javier Plascencia's much-anticipated Bracero.
The new Little Italy food hall holds multiple food stations offering counter service for espresso drinks, pastries and breads baked on-site, pasta, panini, pizza and more. A modern demonstration kitchen will cook up everything from antipasto and soups to steak and rotisserie chicken; there is a seating area on the main floor but a bar serving wine and craft beer and a more formal restaurant are in the works for the mezzanine level.
