The Rabbit Hole Has Revealed Itself in Normal Heights

The former Heights Tavern has new life.

In a speedy switcheroo, The Rabbit Hole has popped up on Adams Avenue in place of Heights Tavern, soft opening this past weekend to give a preview to the Adams Avenue Street Fair crowds.

The new bar's ownership runs other popular watering holes all over San Diego, from The Local in downtown and PB to Wonderland in Ocean Beach, is still putting the final touches on the decor but a focal point, a rabbit-themed mural by local artist Sean Dietrich, is complete.

A comfort food menu includes burgers and fries, mac and cheese, sloppy Joe's and duck wings to pair with over 20 taps of beer and cocktails.
