TIJUANA— The annual Tijuana Innovadora conference, with this year's keynote speaker Rudy Guiliani, has a fun food component scheduled for October 18 and 19; Battalia Culinaria, hosted by chefs Javier Plascencia, Chad White and Miguel Ángel Guerrero, will pit two teams of chefs from both side of the border against each other in a friendly cooking competition.
