New Mixed-Use Development on 30th Street Seeks Coffee or Beer Tenant

Who will score this 30th Street spot?

We got word of another building in construction that's looking for a few good food tenants and it's on the magic 30th Street corridor. Its neighbors to the north are Polite Provisions, Jayne's Gastropub and the new Beerfish; to the south, there are two exciting projects in the works - Fall Brewing Company and Nomad Donuts.

The mixed-use building at 4640 30th Street will have about 1,800-square-feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Andrew Malick of Butler Malick says the builders can potentially divide the area up into a few boutique-sized spaces for different food options, whether it be a coffee shop, beer tasting room or fast-casual eatery.

The available space has 12-foot-high ceilings and will be fronted by a wall of glass with custom steel windows that pivot open to the street. Malick says that the development should be completed by the end of the year; inquires should go to andrew@butlermalick.com.
