FASHION VALLEY— Unveiling in mid-October is True Food Kitchen's new fall menu. Inspired by seasonal produce, the dishes include a kale-avocado dip, an Autumn ingredient salad with cruciferous vegetables, a papaya salad with red chili sesame dressing and the return of their famous squash pie with coconut cream. On the beverage side, the season's new cocktails range from a spiced apple sidecar with house-mulled brandy to an Asian pear mojito. [EaterWire]
