A year after first announcing the concept that they planned to bring to Ocean Beach, the Cohn Restaurant Group is finally unveiling OB Warehouse to the coastal community on Thursday, August 7, with dinner service starting at 5 p.m.
The 6,000-square-foot restaurant features a "globally inspired menu" created by Amiko Gubbins (Parallel 33), the CRG's special ops director of "food and flavor". Elias Gonzales, most recently of Eddie V's in La Jolla, will act as chef de cuisine.
Designer Philippe Beltran, who just completed Indigo Grill's transformation for the Cohns, was in charge of the "vintage industrial decor". Though the OB Warehouse's culinary program was the last piece of the puzzle, the striking space was completed earlier this year; check out Eater's preview photo gallery for a tour inside.
