The Daily Transcript says that North County's Beach House restaurant, which abruptly closed in February, has been sold. The 8,400-square-foot space at 2530 S Coast Hwy 101 was purchased by the owner of the nearby Pacific Coast Grill, who plans to open a new restaurant there "following extensive renovations to the property".
