Catering company Le Parfait Paris, which can also be found at local farmer's markets, debuted its first brick-and-mortar shop today in the Gaslamp.
The company, which has a commercial bakery in the Mission Gorge area, is backed by French SDSU and USD grads. The cafe will also stock macarons, tiny sugar-topped puffs called chouquettes, and light lunch and dinner options.
