To celebrate 33 years of shows next to the San Diego Harbor, Humphreys Restaurant Executive Chef Paul Murphy rolled out Performers and Plates, a three-course concert menu for $33. The past performer-inspired dishes are available now through the end of the season on Oct. 11. To celebrate the Southern roots of The Allman Brothers Band's Gregg Allman, Murphy orchestrates Honey Sriracha Shrimp and Tasso Grits with cheddar.
