Founder Farid Zine El Abdine, a French-trained pastry chef, is using Spotmojo to crowdsource a location for his concept, which would create custom-made custard ice cream sundae parfaits; Mira Mesa and the Gaslamp are both in the running, and the chef says he'd like to be open by Christmas.
