JUKE, the in-house eatery inside Bottlecraft Beer Shop in North Park that opened earlier this year, has temporarily shuttered.
Co-founders Kevin Ho and Juan Miron have put JUKE on hiatus while the beer store awaits approval of on-premise beer tasting.
If all goes as hoped, Bottlecraft will remodel the space to create a distinct dining and drinking area; Ho says that there may be seating for 50 and they will plan to streamline JUKE's menu to center around beer-friendly bar snacks in their own signature style.
Meanwhile, Miron and Ho are keeping busy; they recently launched Please & Thank You, the new cocktail arm of their popular catering company, created in collaboration with Nate Stanton and CH Projects (Craft & Commerce, El Dorado). Via MIHO Gastrotruck, they're continuing their Brews N' Bites series with a stop at Societe Brewing Co.'s upcoming second anniversary shindig on Sunday, June 22, when the food truck will plating up a four-course beer-pairing through the day.
