Bravo has announced the cast for their new series, Top Chef Duels, which puts contestants in head-to-head face-offs and premieres in August; Blais will be starring in the first episode, airing Wednesday, August 6, which pits him again Marcel Vigneron (Top Chef Season 2 runner up).
