North County Scores New Beer Store & Tasting Room

North County beer lovers have a new place to drop some coin now that San Diego Beerworks just soft opened in Solana Beach.

The 1,500-square-foot bottle shop and tasting room has a 20 tap bar with a draft selection that'll completely rotate every two weeks.

The store plans to stock more that 300 bottles, including every packaged beer from every San Diego brewery plus unique beers from other key craft cities in the U.S. and Belgium, available to sample on-site or take home.

There's also wine available, plus gourmet meat and cheese plates and other snacks. San Diego Beerworks is also talking to area restaurants about food delivery; they're open Wednesday and Thursday from 3 to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Monday and Tuesday will be reserved for special events.
