The latest nanobrewery in the Kearny Mesa area, Quantum Brewing, is now open at 5375 Kearny Villa Road. Tasting room hours are Thursday and Friday from 3 to 10 p.m., Saturday from noon to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.; among the science-themed debut beers are the Anti-Matter IPA and Pale's Constant.[EaterWire]
