Tacos Perla officially launches today in the North Parker (3000 Upas Street). The fast-casual eatery is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight. Through September, the tacos will also be available on Saturdays at The Pearl Hotel and starting Friday, they'll begin delivery service to Modern Times Beer's neighboring new Flavordome.
