The U-T has a few more details on our report about the Water Grill moving into The Palm's former spot in the East Village. The revamp of the "upscale seafood dining venue", due to be completed by the end of the year, will include "three 250- to 300-gallon tanks holding a variety of fresh seafood". The company, which also runs King's Fish House, will also tackle a remodel of the Gaslamp's Lou & Mickey's later this winter. [U-T]
