DOWNTOWN— Soccer fans have been asking us where to go to watch the World Cup games when they start airing from Brazil tomorrow. Puesto at The Headquarters will be showing the games on several TVs and the restaurant will also be offering Taco Tuesday pricing ($1 off tacos) to anyone wearing the national jersey of their favorite team while watching their team play at the restaurant. There will be special $6 cocktails representing each country, including Mexico's VivaTri with Corralejo, lime juice and agave, Spain's Sangria Ramos with malbec, local strawberries, tequila, aperol, and citrus and the Brazilian Pele Playa, a Caipirinha with a touch of chili around the rim. The games and cocktails will also be featured at Puesto's newly-expanded La Jolla location, which opens tomorrow. [EaterWire]

NORTH PARK— Bars and eateries throughout the neighborhood, including Caffe Calabria, Bar Pink, Coin-Op Game Room, Waypoint Public and more will be screening the games and offering specials. Check the World Cup North Park Facebook page, which should have updates on each location. [Facebook]

KEARNY MESAO'Brien's Pub is always a World Cup hub and they're celebrating with a special beer called Offsides (San Diego dark ale) brewed by Benchmark Brewing Co. that'll be available throughout the tournament. The pub will also be opening up early for 9 a.m. games and serving breakfast, and plan to have a couple of other soccer beers on tap - Alpine Red Card and Nickel Beer Co.'s Penalty Shot. [EaterWire]
