A Florida-based ice cream chain is expanding to San Diego and opening a store in Westfield UTC next to ArcLight Cinemas. Sloan's Ice Cream is set to launch here on October 1; their signature ice cream flavors include Coffee and Donuts (coffee ice cream with chunks of Krispy Kreme donuts), Birthday (ice cream mixed with buttercream-frosted chocolate and vanilla cake) and Luscious Sloan's Dark (chocolate ice cream with brownies, pecans, almonds, peanuts, toffee and caramel).
