CORONADO— A chef collab is going down at Leroy's Kitchen + Lounge on Tuesday, May 20, when executive chef Tim Kolanko and chef de cuisine Ronnie Schwandt are teaming up with the Wine Vault & Bistro's Greg Chavez for a four-course sustainable seafood dinner that includes chilled asparagus soup with local spot prawn black cod with sunchoke puree. Fun fact: Kolanko and Chavez cooked together at The Lodge at Torrey Pines and Chavez was Leroy's founding exec chef.
