Beaumont Eatery's George Morris is introducing a new brunch menu this week which includes a Greek yogurt and organic granola parfait with berries and lemon curd and the kitchen's take on a carne asada burrito with scrambled eggs, ancho mole, smoked scallion crema, refried beans and cilantro rice and new brunch cocktails, from Monk Juice, a mix of gin, yellow chartreuse, lemon and cucumber, to seasonal punches.
