Beaumont's Brunch; Queenstown & Herringbone Birthdays

Beaumont Eatery's George Morris is introducing a new brunch menu this week which includes a Greek yogurt and organic granola parfait with berries and lemon curd and the kitchen's take on a carne asada burrito with scrambled eggs, ancho mole, smoked scallion crema, refried beans and cilantro rice and new brunch cocktails, from Monk Juice, a mix of gin, yellow chartreuse, lemon and cucumber, to seasonal punches. LITTLE ITALYQueenstown Public House is celebrating its first year in business with an anniversary party on Wednesday, May 28. There will be free tray-passed appetizers from 6 to 7 p.m., $5 beer and sangria specials, and raffle prizes. [EaterWire]

LA JOLLAHerringbone is turning two and kicking off a weekend of celebration on Thursday, May 29 with an anniversary party.
