Eater readers have been asking us to look into what will replace Los Arcos in Chula Vista (89 E Bonita Rd.), which closed last fall. A tipster pointed us to the Karina's Seafood hospitality group, which owns six restaurants in San Diego area, including the recently opened Savoie Eatery in Otay Ranch. After a renovation of the space, Karina's will open La Tequila, which promises to offer "comprehensive collection of tequilas, supported by an authoritative menu of traditional Mexican fare."
