Industry Pro Snags Little Italy Corner for New Project

New, 1 comment

We've been hearing that something good is headed to the corner of India and Cedar in Little Italy, into the building where Auto Radio Specialists has operated their shop since 1945.

Eater has confirmed that Ty Hauter, whose Good Time Design hospitality group runs multiple venues in the East Village, including Moonshine Flats and Southpaw Social Club, is teaming up with real estate entrepreneur Douglas Hamm on a new food and drink project for the 2,500-square-foot space at 1565 India Street.

A rep for Hauter, who is also moving forward with an expansion into Liberty Station, says that the partners are currently interviewing designers and architects and should be able to announce their plans for the concept in a few months.
