Excitement and expectations are building towards the grand debut of Ironside Fish & Oyster, one of Eater's most anticipated Spring 2014 openings.
This latest offering from CH Projects is their most food-focused yet; when the restaurant officially opens next Wednesday, they'll launch right into lunch and dinner service, followed by brunch starting Easter weekend. Ironside is also the first of the hospitality group's restaurants to accept reservations, which can be booked through their website.
CH Projects' Jason McLeod has gathered a skilled kitchen crew and with Ironside, will have the opportunity to showcase his culinary chops behind a chef's counter that rings its open kitchen. McLeod shared a working version of their opening menu, a seafood bonanza that will be a reflection of seasonality going forward. Eater also has a first look at Ironside's impressive cocktail list, built around fortified wines and tailored to complement the food.
