No more po po platters and tiki drinks for Pacific Beach. After over 25 years on Hornblend Street, China Inn has shuttered. Now, the prime corner spot, complete with its own parking lot, is up for grabs. The owner of the 5,900-square-foot property is reportedly looking for a new tenant with serious food intentions and an interest in elevating the community's dining scene, something more along the lines of The Fishery or The Patio on Lamont Street than a beach bar. Interested parties should inquire here. [EaterWire]
