puesto%20logo%20new.pngTomorrow, Puesto at The Headquarters kicks off a month of Taco Thursdays to celebrate all-new tacos designed by local guest eateries, who turned dishes from their restaurant menus into hand-held tacos. CUCINA Urbana contributed a roasted suckling pig taco with pork crackling and sherry mustard sugo, while Herringbone's rendition is a California fish and chips taco with malt vinegar slaw; Sea & Smoke created a braised lamb taco with pickled onions and spicy herb remoulade. The limited time collaboration will reoccur the five Thursdays in May, when all Puesto's local beers will also be half-off. [EaterWire]
