Anthony Sinsay, who left San Diego last year to rejoin the Enlightened Hospitality Group and help launch West Hollywood's Herringbone in January, is no longer with the company. The chef tells Eater that he's spending time with family while evaluating opportunities, including some that may potentially bring him back to San Diego.
