Updates on Modern Times, UnderBelly, More in North Park

New, 1 comment

Readers have been asking us for an update on the food and drink coming to The North Parker. We can report that though the second-floor residential units are nearly complete and ready for viewing, the ground level commercial spaces will have staggered openings over the next few months.

Brewery founder Jacob McKean says that Modern Times Beer's new tasting room was slated to open by May 1, but a short licensing delay will postpone its launch by 10 days or so.

Influx Cafe owner Jason Twilla told Eater that their new coffee shop, Influx's third location, is planned for the end of May.

Tacos Perla, the new Mexican-influenced eatery from The Pearl prorietors, is a bit behind schedule; a rep says they're looking at a late May or early June opening.

And finally, the second outpost of UnderBelly should be serving ramen by Summer 2014; CH Projects is aiming for a June or July debut.
