Curated by Rumbling Tins Co.'s David Kinsey, the fresh batch of cocktails includes the Bristol Collins, a cassis float-topped combination of cream sherry, scotch, lemon, simple syrup and soda, and the tempting Jamaican Dark Horse, which sweetens a mix of rum, vermouth and whiskey barrel-aged bitters with a syrup made from local Dark Horse coffee.
