Curated by Rumbling Tins Co.'s David Kinsey, the fresh batch of cocktails includes the Bristol Collins, a cassis float-topped combination of cream sherry, scotch, lemon, simple syrup and soda, and the tempting Jamaican Dark Horse, which sweetens a mix of rum, vermouth and whiskey barrel-aged bitters with a syrup made from local Dark Horse coffee. The fresh-pressed juice blends include their Kale-Aid, which combines kale, apple, cucumber, celery, lemon and ginger. Sip one with a dish from the eatery's new spring menu, which includes asparagus and artichoke pizza and a lemon tart with strawberries and coconut whipped cream. [EaterWire]
