Katherine Humphus, executive chef of Ocean Beach's BO-Beau kitchen + bar has just been tapped by the Cohn Restaurant Group to also helm their new restaurant in Long Beach, BO-beau kitchen + rooftap, which is planned for a Spring 2014 opening. Humphus will oversee both kitchens and develop Long Beach's menu, which promises to be a "modern twist on Cal-French classics" and include her now-signature dishes from the original OB BO-beau.
