The Palm Site Is Back Up For Grabs in the East Village

The Palm Restaurant, which shuttered at the end of last year to make way for a new seafood concept, Roosterfish Rocks Bar, is back on the market.

Roosterfish's original partnership, which included Good Time Design head Ty Hauter (Blind Burro, Moonshine Flats) and The Verant Group's Joe Vaught (Barleymash, True North Tavern), shuffled last month, but at the time, the rest of the team indicated that they intended to continue on with the project.

Now, Eater's learned that what's left of the group has been dissolved and all parties have moved on; GTD's Ty Hauter shared that his company is switching their focus to two other projects on the table, the build out of their Culy Warehouse property in the East Village and another concept outside of the area.

So, interested in a nearly 10,000-square-foot, restaurant-ready space? Capital Real Estate Ventures' Justin Earley is handling the asset sale of the two-story building, which includes all furniture, fixtures and equipment, plus a liquor license for $650,000.
