AleSmith Brewing Company is moving out and moving up. According to a release, they'll be leaving their original brewery for a new 105,000-square-foot space also in the Miramar area (9990 Empire Street). The $10M project will include the build out of a production facility, complete with a new brew house, cellar and bottling line, plus a tasting room and gift shop.
