Donut Bar to Grow in Orange County & San Diego

Downtown's Donut Bar, which opened to much anticipation last March, is bringing their sweet fried treats to the OC. Their new Fountain Valley store is scheduled to be up and running by Saturday, March 29.

The 1,200-square-foot shop will offer the same rotating menu of freshly-made donuts as the original store, but the Orange County location features a "milk bar", with taps dispensing whole, strawberry and chocolate milk.

Owner Santiago Campa says their expansion plans include more local shops; they're planning to open a second San Diego Donut Bar in another prime downtown location by early 2015.
