Change is afoot at Amaya La Jolla, which opened just last March. The Grand Del Mar is planning to rename the restaurant and turn it into a French bistro sometime later this spring. Executive chef Camron Woods has moved on, replaced by Addison sous chef Shaun Gethin, who will be collaborating with William Bradley, exec chef of Addison and acting culinary director of this new concept.
