rbi.jpgAt the end of the month, Nicolas Bour is leaving the Rancho Bernardo Inn after four years with the property to head up food ops at Loews Coronado Bay Resort. The North County hotel, managed by JC Resorts, has announced the new F&B director replacing Bour, Bernard Philippe, who joins the team from The Boulders Resort in Arizona. He'll collaborate with Igor Krichmar, who has just been named chef de cuisine of the inn's signature restaurant, AVANT. Krichmar was most recently the exec chef at another JC Resorts' holding, the Temecula Creek Inn. [EaterWire]
