Jordan Davis, the chef who oversaw last summer's Kensington Grill-to-Fish Public switcheroo, has decamped to Herringbone in La Jolla, where he takes over for Jose "JoJo" Ruiz, Ironside Oyster's recently announced chef de cuisine. A rep for Fish Public says that there are no immediate plans to replace Davis: Joe Magnanelli (CUCINA urbana), the Urban Kitchen Group's executive chef, will now be looking after the kitchen in Kensington.
